Terms of Service

By accessing or using Superchat BD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to visitors, creators, supporters, and administrators who use Superchat BD for creator pages, live alerts, tips, payouts, dashboards, and related services.

Creators are responsible for their content, streams, profile information, payout details, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws. Creators must not use Superchat BD for fraud, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or misleading fundraising claims.

Superchat BD facilitates voluntary supporter payments to creators. On each successful transaction, a standard Processing & Platform Fee applies (currently configured at 10% for local BDT payments via EPS, and 20% for international USD payments via Stripe). These fees cover secure payment gateway processing, platform infrastructure, real-time alert delivery, voice TTS, and operational costs. The applicable Processing & Platform Fee is clearly disclosed in checkout records, creator transaction details, and platform settings. Creator balances reflect the net creator payout after deducting the applicable Processing & Platform Fee. Withdrawal fees are currently 0 by default for BDT and USD, but are editable by platform administrators if operational costs require it. Platform payouts operate weekly across 5 operating days from Sunday to Thursday (weekly bank off-days in Bangladesh are Friday and Saturday). Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours during operating days (Sun–Thu). Local bank transfers (via NPSB/BEFTN) are processed within 72 up to 96 hours during operating days (Sun–Thu, accounting for Friday and Saturday bank off-days). International USD withdrawal processing is estimated at 5–10 business days. Payment processors, banks, mobile financial service providers, card networks, or intermediaries may apply separate fees, holds, reversals, or compliance reviews.

Tips and supporter payments are generally final once successfully processed. We may review duplicate charges, technical errors, unauthorized-payment claims, or payment-provider disputes. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or adjustments may reduce creator balances, pending withdrawals, or future payouts.

We may delay payouts, request additional verification, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we detect fraud, illegal activity, suspicious transaction patterns, chargeback risk, policy violations, security threats, or inaccurate payout information.

The Superchat BD name, logo, software, dashboards, overlays, designs, and related materials belong to Superchat BD or its licensors. Creators retain ownership of their own content and grant Superchat BD a limited license to host, display, process, and promote content as needed to operate the service.

Superchat BD is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific revenue, payout timing, availability of a payment provider, or error-free integrations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superchat BD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these terms to reflect product changes, payment-provider requirements, regulatory changes, or business needs. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
