Terms of Service

By accessing or using Superchat BD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, creators, and supporters who use the platform within Bangladesh.

Creators are responsible for the content they broadcast and the engagement they have with their audience. You must provide accurate information for payment processing via EPS. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activities.

Superchat BD facilitates voluntary financial support from audiences to creators. A platform commission of 10% is deducted from each tip amount. All tips are non-refundable once processed through local payment gateways. Third-party processing fees from payment providers may also apply and are separate from our 10% commission.

The Superchat BD name, logo, and all related designs are the intellectual property of Superchat BD. Creators retain all rights to their own content, but grant us a license to use representative snippets for promotional purposes on our platform.
