Refund Policy

Superchat BD facilitates voluntary financial support from audiences to creators. A tip supports a creator and is not a purchase of physical goods, guaranteed services, or professional advice.

Successful BDT/EPS and USD/Stripe tips are generally final after processing and crediting to a creator balance. Processing and platform fees and provider charges may already have been incurred at that point.

We may review refund or adjustment requests for duplicate charges, clear technical errors, confirmed unauthorized payments, payment-provider disputes, or legal requirements. Any resolution is discretionary unless applicable law or a payment-network rule requires otherwise.

Contact [email protected] with the transaction ID, payment method, date, amount, creator page, contact information, and reason for review. We aim to respond within 72 hours, but payment-provider investigations, bank reviews, or fraud checks may take longer.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or confirmed disputes may reduce a creator's available balance, pending withdrawal, future payout, or account status. If a withdrawal has already been paid, Superchat BD may offset the amount against future balances where permitted.

Platform payouts operate weekly on Sunday through Thursday (5 business days). Weekly bank off-days in Bangladesh are Friday and Saturday. Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours during operating days (Sun–Thu). Local bank transfers (via NPSB/BEFTN) are processed within 72 up to 96 hours during operating days (Sun–Thu, accounting for Friday and Saturday bank off-days). USD withdrawals are estimated at 5 to 10 business days. Payouts may experience delays due to national bank holidays, provider reviews, inaccurate payout details, compliance checks, or fraud investigations.
