1. Voluntary Nature of Support
Superchat BD is a platform that facilitates voluntary financial support (tips/donations) from audiences to creators. By sending a tip, you acknowledge that you are providing a gift to support the creator's passion and are not purchasing a physical product or professional service.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the immediate nature of digital tips and local payment processing (EPS, bKash, Nagad, Rocket), all transactions are considered final. We do not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully processed and credited to a creator's balance.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may review transactions in the following cases: - Proven technical errors where a user was double-charged for a single intent. - Verified unauthorized use of a payment account where a dispute is raised within 24 hours. In such cases, any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Superchat BD and may be subject to processing fees.
4. Dispute Process
If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact our support team immediately. Provide your transaction ID, mobile number used for payment, and the specific reason for your request. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours.
