Acceptable Use & Prohibited Businesses
Superchat BD is committed to maintaining a secure, lawful, and trusted payment network for Bangladesh and international merchants. Our developer APIs (/api/v1/*), hosted checkout interfaces, and software development kits (SDKs) may only be used for legitimate, verified business purposes.
Integrating Superchat BD checkouts into any prohibited website or service (including online casinos, betting platforms, adult content, adult toy shops, or SMM follower panels) is a severe breach of contract. Violating accounts are permanently suspended with all API keys revoked, active checkouts terminated, and balances frozen.
Prohibited Categories & Activities
The following goods, services, and business models are strictly prohibited from using Superchat BD payment processing:
Under Bangladesh law and card brand regulations, online gambling is strictly unlawful. Prohibited activities include:
- Online casinos, slot machines, poker, blackjack, and roulette
- Sports betting, fantasy sports with cash prizes, and esports wagering
- Prediction markets, binary options, and virtual coin betting
- Raffles, sweepstakes, lotteries, and games of pure chance
- Gaming skin gambling or gambling affiliate referral platforms
Superchat BD enforces a zero-tolerance policy against adult entertainment and sexually explicit monetization:
- Pornography, explicit imagery, videos, audio, or erotic literature
- Camming, live adult webcams, or sexually suggestive live streaming
- Adult creator subscription paywalls (e.g. OnlyFans-style monetization)
- Escort, prostitution, or sexual massage/companionship services
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is immediately reported to law enforcement agencies
E-commerce stores and retail platforms selling adult novelty items are prohibited:
- Sale of adult sex toys, intimacy devices, and erotic novelties
- Online sex shops and adult novelty retail platforms
- Sexually explicit fetish gear and paraphernalia
Artificial engagement services and gaming fraud violate platform security terms:
- SMM panels selling fake followers, views, likes, comments, or bot traffic
- Automated engagement farming on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram
- Game rank boosting, MMR manipulation, and account smurfing services
- Game cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, exploits, and pirated account sales
Regulated pharmaceutical and chemical substances:
- Narcotics, illegal drugs, and synthetic stimulants
- Prescription medications sold without licensed physician prescription & verification
- Drug paraphernalia, vaporizers marketed to minors, or unregulated supplements
Dangerous items posing threats to life and safety:
- Firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, silencers, and magazines
- Explosives, fireworks, military surplus equipment, and combat knives
- 3D blueprints and instructional files for manufacturing untraceable firearms
Intellectual property infringement and unauthorized distribution:
- Unauthorized IPTV streaming services, cracked TV subscriptions, and pirated movie portals
- Cracked software (warez), unauthorized license keys, and torrent trackers
- Counterfeit designer clothing, fake electronics, or unauthorized brand replicas
Deceptive practices and money laundering:
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid structures, multi-level marketing (MLM), “get-rich-quick” matrix programs
- Stolen card data (carding), phishing credentials, compromised logins
- Unlicensed foreign exchange (FX) trading, illegal hawala/hundi money transmission
- Cryptocurrency mixing, tumblers, or sanctions evasion mechanisms
Merchant & Developer Responsibilities
Accurate Business Disclosure
Your Developer Workspace must reflect the accurate registered business name, verified contact information, and public website URL where checkouts occur.
Anti-Transaction Laundering (“Factoring”)
You must only process payments for goods and services directly sold and fulfilled by your own business. Routing payments for third-party entities or unapproved domains is illegal transaction laundering and causes immediate termination.
Transparent Customer Policies
Your application or storefront must clearly display customer support contact methods (email or phone), estimated delivery timeframes, and refund/cancellation policies before directing customers to the Superchat BD checkout.
Enforcement & Penalty Protocols
Superchat BD continuously monitors transaction patterns, checkout referral URLs, customer dispute rates, and merchant websites through automated scanning and human compliance reviews.
1. Immediate Revocation
All active API keys (sk_live_...) are revoked in real time, breaking further checkout calls.
2. Balance Hold
Pending withdrawals and merchant balances are frozen for up to 180 days to cover card network chargebacks and gateway penalties.
3. Regulatory Referral
Violations of Bangladesh cyber security or anti-money laundering laws are formally referred to law enforcement authorities.

If you suspect a website or merchant is misusing Superchat BD APIs for prohibited activities, report it immediately to our Trust & Safety team.
